Lagos-based strong advocate for social justice, Dr. Tony Rapu, recently premiered a weekly series tagged ‘My Lagos Diaries’ where he shares the first-hand experience of challenges people face trying to survive in the city of Lagos.
The Senior Pastor at This Present House, in photos and video shared via his Instagram page, revealed how he paid a visit to one of the communities on the Iwaya waterfront.
He also visited a herbalist’s shrine, where he is shown how some charms work.
“We spent a few minutes sharing the gospel and praying with the Sogunro herbalist and others,” he captioned the above photo
He shared the video and captioned it:
“This video highlights an interesting moment when we visited one of the communities on the Iwaya waterfront. We saw people climbing in and out of an elevated building. When we found out it was the local herbalist’s shrine, we decided to pay a visit.

“He explained how his charms worked. When we began to explain the power in the gospel of Jesus Christ, he admitted he owned a Bible which he brought out as we prayed.”
“Coming out of the herbalist’s enclosure,” he captioned the photo
