Type this as a text message:
NDL STATUS LICENSE NUMBER.
Then send the message to 33811 (applicable to all networks).

For example, if your Drivers License Number is XYZ1234AB, simply type:
NDL STATUS XYZ1234AB, and then send that to 33811.
