BRAINJO – FARABALE | @iam_ brainjo Jonathan Anaeto Chukwudebe "Brainjo" formerly known as Black J, is an Afro Pop, Highlife and Reggae Dancehall Artiste, he was born and raised in Shendam near Jos Plateau State 28 years ago. The Ihiala Anambra state born fast rising Artiste lost his parents 23 years ago at a very young age. As an ambitious lad, on December 2003, Brainjo move down to Lagos State in pursue of greener pasture, he has been on the street of Lagos for over fourteen years, doing all manner of jobs just to raise money to record his songs. He recorded his first music single "African beauty in 2005 with the late Ojb Jezreel of blessed memories. In 2009 he tried again by recording three singles, “Pitty drivers”, “Party with me” and “Mummy why” produced by J-Martins. Brainjo appeared on major newspapers and magazines with interviews and reviews as (Black J ) in 2007/2009 respectively. In 2011 he recorded a song "Want to do" which was produced by Meca E. To crown it all, Brainjo tagged the year 2017 as "My Year of Breaking Barriers". Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo has appealed to Nigerian bloggers to leave her family issue out of the media. This comes after a blog reported that the actress and her husband, Kenny Rodriguez, are now separated. The angry actress took to Instagram on Tuesday, writing; “Dear Nigerian Bloggers If YOU are going make up stories about my life or marriage try FACTS. Normally I will look at this stupid trending story on me today and look the other way but not TODAY!!! ENOUGH!!!!!! I find your need to create mirage tales of rancour where there are none in chase of a story/news outrageous.There’s no story here except a woman trying to balance her family life and work in 2 countries. Please LEAVE my FAMILY out of your manufactured made up stories, there are more important stories, real issues in world people are worried about than little old me. My only social media cover-up is pretending You “Zero journalistic ethics” people didn’t hurt me by your unfounded and non-factual stories.“ SHARE.
A 15 year old Nigerian student, Ikeoluwa Abioye has made her loved ones proud of her after scoring 9 A1s in the 2017 May/June West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Abioye scored A1 in all the 9 subjects she wrote.
The subjects include Maths, English, Further Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Civic, Catering, Biology and ICT.
The brilliant lad did not stop there as she scored an amazing 305 in the last Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
The 15 year old was recently celebrated and honoured by her alma mater, Starfield Schools, Iju, Lagos.
She said, if sponsored, she would love to go to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) or Harvard University to study Computer Engineering.
