Two out of three suspects, a man and woman, who allegedly disguised as mentally deranged individuals before the latter confessed to being a member of a kidnap gang have been arrested at a suspected den of kidnappers and ritual killers in the Obadeyi-Ijaiye end of the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.
An ATM card, loaves of bread were found in the woman’s bag, while the man, who had on a wig as disguise had some clothes in his bag…
