A na’ked Instagram model whipped a police officer in the face with a towel as he tried to arrest her at a hotel. Brissa Dominguez-Garcia, 25, had allegedly been asked to leave the hotel in Florida for “causing a disturbance.” But staff called the cops when she only pretended to go and went into another room.
According to a police document, when an officer arrived he “found the defendant to be n’ude”.
When he tried to cover her with a towel, she took it off him and whipped him in the face with it, the affidavit says.
Dominguez, who has amassed more than 74,000 followers with her sexy snaps, also aimed a “mule kick” at the officer and tried to bite and spit at him as she was led away.
Police said they believe she was intoxicated at the time.
She now faces charges including trespassing, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.
Dominguez has been released since the incident on the 4th of July and has been posting more pictures on Instagram.
