James Rodriguez for £70m or Romelu Lukaku for £100m... Which Chelsea target is worth their asking price?

Antonio Conte is working hard to improve his Premier League title-winning Chelsea squad, but with top talent comes top prices.

The Italian has told Diego Costa, via text message, that he is no longer in his plans so there is a first-choice striker position ready to be filled at Stamford Bridge.
Conte's first-choice target is Everton's Romelu Lukaku, a striker who is no stranger to west London after an unhappy spell earlier in his career.

Everton, though, are holding out for bids of £100m for a player who has 53 goals in 100 Premier League games and hit 25 last season.
Then there's James Rodriguez who has fallen down the pecking order at Real Madrid so far that there was no even room in the 18-man Champions League Final squad for him.

Just three years ago, fresh from some headline-making performances for Colombia at the World Cup, James swapped Monaco for the Santiago Bernabeu in a deal worth £63m.
Despite affording the 25-year-old just 13 starts in La Liga last season, Zinedine Zidane is asking for £70m to let the player leave.

Are these prices in keeping with the current transfer market? Who should be a bigger priority for Conte & CO.?
